Holiday Homes, Seasonal Touring and The Award Winning Bob-In Café & Children’s Play Park
Situated on a picturesque stretch of coastline on the South Lakes border in Cumbria, we are proud to be in such a truly special place.
Our position between New Barns Bay and White Creek on the Morecambe Bay coastline, promises sunset walks along the shore and tranquil evenings under the stars. You can also look forward to action-packed days exploring the local woodlands and the nearby Lake District National Park – our location is ideal for easily accessing the local area and all it has to offer.
Children & Families
We’ve always been a favourite destination for families. Our large, secure play park is packed with fun for all ages — from toddler-safe swings and ride-ons to a zip wire and large climbing frame. With plenty of picnic benches nearby, you can relax and enjoy your meal while keeping a watchful eye on the little ones.
Cyclists
Arnside is a popular destination for cyclists and the Bob-In Café is proud to be cyclist friendly. We’re the perfect place to stop for a well-earned rest and refuel. You’ll find a secure and visible bike rack available at the back of the café, and we’re happy to top up your water bottles before you hit the road again. We also have bicycle repair tools and a pump should you need them.
Local Walks
The Bob-In Café provides a convenient stop off point on many walking routes in and around Arnside. Arnside Knott is a particularly popular destination for walkers locally. A mix of limestone grassland and woodland, the Knott offers numerous trails giving you the chance to spot wildlife and take in spectacular panoramic views. The coastal walk from New Barns to Silverdale is particularly special and on a sunny day, the views are unsurpassed.
Safety on the Sands
Morecambe Bay is a beautiful place, widely known for its fast-moving tides. During your visit here you may hear the Bore siren – this indicates that the tide is approaching, and you should quickly vacate the sands. We urge everyone to familiarise themselves with the tide timetable if you are visiting the area. You will find tide information on our noticeboards around the park.

We offer a delicious breakfast and lunch menu, a tempting selection of homemade cakes and sweet treats, and a range of takeaway options. We also have a well equipped and enclosed children’s pay park area and we’re proudly dog-friendly too, so your four-legged friends are always welcome.

We have excellent WiFi available across the park. You are welcome to access our free guest WiFi at the Bob-In Café. Please ask for the password.
